Abstract
⺠Partial binding parameters of vanillin to HSA were revealed by molecular docking. ⺠Physicochemical properties of vanillin to HSA were detected by fluorescence. ⺠Secondary structure of HSA were measured by CD and FT-IR spectroscopic methods.
