Abstract
⺠Iron and zinc dialyzability were measured with a newly proposed in vitro setup. ⺠Iron or zinc dialyzability from meals was correlated with published absorption data. ⺠Iron or zinc dialyzability correlated well with iron or zinc absorption. ⺠The new setup can be employed for the prediction of iron or zinc bioavailability.
