Abstract
⺠The potential of Raman spectroscopy for glucose quantitative determination was investigated. ⺠Micro-Raman spectra in the 600-1600 cmâ1 region of four sport drinks were recorded. ⺠A multivariate analysis based on the interval Partial Least Square approach was used. ⺠Glucose concentration results were in good agreement with the values given by a biochemical assay.
