Abstract
► The potential of Raman spectroscopy for glucose quantitative determination was investigated. ► Micro-Raman spectra in the 600-1600 cm−1 region of four sport drinks were recorded. ► A multivariate analysis based on the interval Partial Least Square approach was used. ► Glucose concentration results were in good agreement with the values given by a biochemical assay.
