Abstract
⺠Monitoring ewe's milk during lactation period by rapid spectroscopic techniques. ⺠Concatenation of MIR and fluorescence spectra allow good discrimination of milk. ⺠MIR and fluorescence could be used as efficient tool for authenticating milk. ⺠These two techniques could be adopted for on line measurements.
