Abstract
⺠We developed a duplex real-time PCR detection method for soya and lupin in food. ⺠We established the performances of the method using flours and baked cookies. ⺠Detection limits in the low milligrams per kg range are considered to be appropriate. ⺠The method was successfully applied to food products that may contain soya or lupin. ⺠We concluded that the developed method was suitable for the application.
