Abstract
► We developed a duplex real-time PCR detection method for soya and lupin in food. ► We established the performances of the method using flours and baked cookies. ► Detection limits in the low milligrams per kg range are considered to be appropriate. ► The method was successfully applied to food products that may contain soya or lupin. ► We concluded that the developed method was suitable for the application.
