Abstract
⺠A new method was established for the simultaneous analysis of three groups of analytes. ⺠More qualitative information can be attained by the proposed HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS method. ⺠The method was first used to determine the amount of 10 bioactive components in citrus. ⺠The results provide the proof for evaluating the quality of citrus newly cultivated. ⺠Products containing the above bioactive components can be evaluated by the method.
