Abstract
► A new method was established for the simultaneous analysis of three groups of analytes. ► More qualitative information can be attained by the proposed HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS method. ► The method was first used to determine the amount of 10 bioactive components in citrus. ► The results provide the proof for evaluating the quality of citrus newly cultivated. ► Products containing the above bioactive components can be evaluated by the method.
