Abstract
⺠Levels of 1.25 g/kg, 2.5 g/kg, and 5 g/kg of trehalose were conducted in mice. ⺠The sperm abnormality test was first used to detect reproductive toxicity. ⺠Bone marrow cell micronucleus test and haematology study were all performed. ⺠Organ coefficients and weight changes observing were designed in mice.
