Abstract
⺠5-Methyltetrahydofolate was the major form of folate in coriander foliage. ⺠Salicylic acid induced differential elicitation of individual folate derivatives. ⺠The highest elicitation (6-fold) being that of 10-CHO-H4folate. ⺠Microwave drying increased extractable and bioaccessible folate. ⺠Elicitation enhanced antioxidant enzymes' activities and reduced free radicals.
