Abstract
⺠Chemopreventive effect of the essential oil of C. longa on the aflatoxin production. ⺠We evaluate the antiaflatoxigenic activities of the essential oil of C. longa. ⺠Results indicate that the essential oil inhibited the toxin production. ⺠The essential oil tested could be used to control the presence of aflatoxin in food.
