Abstract
⺠Aureobasidium pullulans culture was conditioned to produce FOS. ⺠FOS was investigated as an antidiabetic in Poloxamer-407-induced T2DM rats. ⺠FOS enhanced antioxidant and antihyperglycaemic activity. ⺠FOS increased beneficial bacterial population in the caecum. ⺠Gold and Glide docking showed FOS as a potent DPP-IV inhibitor and PPAR-γ agonist.
