Abstract
► A new purification method was to develop for lactoperoxidase enzyme (LPO). ► Firstly, sulfanilamide (p-aminobenzenesulfonilamide) was found a new inhibitor of LPO. ► Then, sulfanilamide was used as a ligand for CNBr-activated-Sepharose 4B gel. ► LPO was purified with marked yield and fold in a single step.
