Abstract
⺠Oil acidity is lowered by almost half when integrating vacuum drainage. ⺠Oxidative deterioration was lower by 12% after applying vacuum drainage. ⺠Total colour difference was improved by 14% in the case of vacuum drainage. ⺠Minimal reduction in polar compounds and viscosity after applying vacuum drainage. ⺠Fatty acid compositions were less affected in the case of atmospheric drainage.
