Abstract
⺠Thinned apple fruits can be used to extract and separate bioactive compounds. ⺠Adsorption and desorption properties of macroporous resins were studied. ⺠Polyamide resin showed good property to purify phlorizin. ⺠Phenolics, chlorogenic acid and phlorizin were separated and purified simultaneously.
