Abstract
⺠A method was developed to allow quantification of sulforaphene in samples by HPLC analysis. ⺠A suitable two-phase solvent system was optimised for preparative HSCCC. ⺠An acceptable sample loading amount was optimised for preparative HSCCC. ⺠249.4 mg of pure sulforaphene was obtained with preparative HSCCC by one-step separation. ⺠The purified product was characterised as sulforaphene by MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and DEPT-135 NMR.
