Abstract
► A method was developed to allow quantification of sulforaphene in samples by HPLC analysis. ► A suitable two-phase solvent system was optimised for preparative HSCCC. ► An acceptable sample loading amount was optimised for preparative HSCCC. ► 249.4 mg of pure sulforaphene was obtained with preparative HSCCC by one-step separation. ► The purified product was characterised as sulforaphene by MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and DEPT-135 NMR.
