Abstract
⺠SP-700 macroporous resin was selected to separate sulforaphene from radish seeds. ⺠The sulforaphene-rich extract was obtained by resin-based column chromatography. ⺠The sulforaphene-rich extract was successfully purified by preparative HPLC. ⺠The purified compound was identified as sulforaphene by ESI/MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. ⺠A method was developed to allow quantification of sulforaphene in extracts by HPLC.
