Abstract
⺠The study has confirmed the presence of several important allergenic proteins in lupin. ⺠A predominant contribution of α-conglutin is observed. ⺠The IgE-binding profiles were specific and individual for each patient. ⺠Both legume cross-reactivity and the presence of unique peptides are involved in lupin allergy.
