Abstract
⺠Pressurised hot water extraction is combined with supercritical carbon dioxide to dry extracts. ⺠The WEPO process stands for water extraction and particle formation on-line. ⺠The WEPO process: from plants to a dray powder of antioxidant extract in one step. ⺠The drying power of the WEPO process is comparable to freeze-drying.
