Abstract
⺠MPN-5â²-glucoside content is much higher than that of MPN in heated Ginkgo biloba seeds. ⺠MPN-5â²-glucoside has a lethal effect in mice, as well as MPN. ⺠Onset time of convulsions after administration of MPN-5â²-glucoside is longer than that after administration of MPN. ⺠MPN-5â²-glucoside might cause food poisoning by Ginkgo biloba seeds.
