Abstract
⺠Twelve cultivars of ginger from different agro-climatic zones of India were studied. ⺠6-Gingerol content for all the cultivars was determined using RP-HPLC. ⺠TPC, flavonoids, and antioxidant activities were evaluated for all the cultivars. ⺠Relationship and significance of different cultivars and tests were determined. ⺠Cultivars were grouped based on biochemical and statistical analysis.
