Abstract
► Twelve cultivars of ginger from different agro-climatic zones of India were studied. ► 6-Gingerol content for all the cultivars was determined using RP-HPLC. ► TPC, flavonoids, and antioxidant activities were evaluated for all the cultivars. ► Relationship and significance of different cultivars and tests were determined. ► Cultivars were grouped based on biochemical and statistical analysis.
