Abstract
⺠We discovered firstly inhibitors of aromatase from mulberry (Mori albaL.) leaf. ⺠We used a method by HPLC-MS instead of bio-experiment to discover the inhibitors. ⺠We have verified our theory by a bio-assay model system. ⺠The most quality of our method is fast and efficient.
