Abstract
⺠We established a new method for isolation and purification of punicalin. ⺠Seven macroporous resins were used to separate punicalin from waste water of hydrolyzed pomegranate husk. ⺠H-103 resin was shown good adsorption and desorption among seven resins. ⺠High purity punicalin was obtained after purified by preparative HPLC.
