Abstract
⺠In this study we developed a new method of free-solvent microwave assisted extraction. ⺠Free solvent MAE gave an extract more antioxidant than conventional extraction methods. ⺠Free solvent MAE gave an extract richest than conventional extraction methods. ⺠Free solvent MAE allowed to extract phenolic compounds from sea buckthorn berries.
