Abstract
► Argentation SPE was used to purify commercial capsaicinoid preparations in one step. ► Minor capsaicinoids from 'Bhut Jolokia' chili pepper were isolated and identified. ► Homodihydrocapsaicin (8-methyl) was identified by carbon-13 NMR spectrometry.
