Abstract
⺠Okra polysaccharides (AE-PS) and the maturation of dendritic cells from rat. ⺠MHC class II and CD80/86 expression are upregulated upon AE-PS treatment. ⺠Treated cells show reduced endocytosis activity. ⺠AE-PS activates rat dendritic cells and promotes the secretion of TH1 cytokines.
