Abstract
⺠We studied the influence of two agricultural practices in 22 strawberry samples. ⺠The total phenolic content was higher for organic farming grown strawberries. ⺠The main differences between both crop types regarded the levels of anthocyanins. ⺠Antioxidant features in organically grown strawberries were significantly higher.
