Abstract
► Inactivation kinetics of peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase were determined. ► The intact fresh leaf after freeze drying retained the phenolic profile. ► Phenolics of Rabdosia serra leaf showed good anti-tyrosinase and α-glucosidase activities. ► Various drying treatments caused significant losses of phenolics.
