Abstract
⺠New beverage rich in bioactive compounds of lemon juice and chokeberry concentrate. ⺠New lemon juice and chokeberry blend showed higher antioxidant activity than individual sources, except for HOCl. ⺠Lemon juice and chokeberry mixture beverage inhibited cholinesterase activity. ⺠The new blend has potential for food product development and nutrition.
