Abstract
⺠Simple and fast selective extraction of napins from an industrial rapeseed meal. ⺠Size exclusion chromatography purification step of the liquid extract is easy to scale up. ⺠DSC, CD and fluorescence studies revealed a preserved structure of napins from the extraction/purification process. ⺠A significant antifungal activity on Fusarium langsethiae is observed.
