Abstract
► We developed an improved procedure to isolate soluble royal jelly proteins. ► The new method uses ultracentrifugation and does not require dialysis. ► This procedure has produces 20-fold higher yields than the conventional method. ► This method produces three layers containing the MRJP1 oligomer, MRJP2 and MRJP3.
