Abstract
⺠A qualitative and quantitative method for nine trichothecenes and three zearalenones. ⺠Wide variety of sample: wheat, oat, barley and spelt in grain, flavour and bread. ⺠Simple, fast, economic and sensitive multimycotoxin MS/MS determination analysis. ⺠Comparison of previously reported extraction solvents and matrix interference study. ⺠Validation was reached according to the Commission Decision, 2002/657/EC.
