Abstract
⺠NMR-based metabolomics is shown to be a useful tool in aquaculture. ⺠Cobia fed reduced fishmeal diets were metabolically different than controls. ⺠Elevated tyrosine in cobia on reduced fishmeal diets may signify thyroid disruption. ⺠High lactate in cobia fed a formulated control diet may reflect enhanced LAB activity.
