Abstract
⺠Phytochemical composition of pomegranate wines is described for the first time. ⺠Secondary quality pomegranate fruits are useful for wine elaboration. ⺠Variety used plays an essential role in bioactives content. ⺠Winemaking procedures had a marked influence on the final quality.
