Abstract
⺠Vitis vinifera Albariño was supplemented with diammonium phosphate (DAP) in the range 250-450 mg N/L. ⺠DAP has a significant effect on the chemical and volatile composition of Albariño wines. ⺠Moderate nitrogen supplementation contributed to the fruity/floral aroma.
