Abstract
⺠Staphylococcus aureus toxins are one of the main causes of food poisoning worldwide. ⺠Milk samples from restaurants have been studied for the presence of enterotoxins. ⺠Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) is one of the toxins most frequently involved in foodborne diseases. ⺠HPLC-DAD has been used for the rapid identification and quantification of SEB.
