Abstract
⺠Demonstrated the ability of CE-UV-vis to quantify for flavonoids in broccoli. ⺠In-capillary concentration method to improve sensitivity. ⺠Successfully applied to the quantification of flavonoids in real extracts. ⺠The CE results were validated by HPLC analysis.
