Abstract
► We investigated the levels of essential, trace and toxic elements in citrus honeys. ► The levels of 20 elements were determined using ICP-OES. ► Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to classify of honeys. ► The honeys from industrialized regions showed higher levels of toxic elements.
