Abstract
⺠Compositional study of soybean varieties was conducted by a combination analysis. ⺠Combination analysis of NMR, chromatographic and spectrometric technique was used. ⺠Compositional profile characteristic is useful for discriminating soybean varieties. ⺠Reference values for soybean consumption are achieved in the study.
