Abstract
► The aim of the present manuscript is the study of the mineral content of fino wines coming from Condado de Huelva region. ► The procedure involved the digestion of the wines samples by H2O2/HNO3 treatment and heating. ► Results showed that metal data set were non-normally distributed and non-parametric statistics were applied. ► Comparing with fino wines from others DO the content of Al, Ba, Ca, Cu, K, Na and Sr was more elevated.
