Abstract
⺠We have made a full review of these compounds since 1993 until today. ⺠The review focuses on the analytical methods used to analyse these compounds. ⺠There is information about the identification, synthesis and routes of biotransformation. ⺠Finally it describes the concentration found of these compounds in different varieties of grapes.
