Abstract
⺠'Valencia' fruit showed the highest bioactive content among examined Citrus fruits. ⺠'Mandora' fruit showed high phytochemical content and antioxidant potency. ⺠Differences in the phytochemical content of grapefruit cultivars were monitored. ⺠HPLC revealed quantitative differences of bioactive composition among Citrus fruits. ⺠LC-MS uncovered that 'Mandora' fruit was rich in flavanones and polymethoxy-flavones.
