Abstract
► 'Valencia' fruit showed the highest bioactive content among examined Citrus fruits. ► 'Mandora' fruit showed high phytochemical content and antioxidant potency. ► Differences in the phytochemical content of grapefruit cultivars were monitored. ► HPLC revealed quantitative differences of bioactive composition among Citrus fruits. ► LC-MS uncovered that 'Mandora' fruit was rich in flavanones and polymethoxy-flavones.
