Abstract
► Lactobacillus reuteri DSM20016 and Bifidobacterium adolescentis ATCC15703 had high β-glucosidase activity. ► L. reuteri DSM20016 could get 100% of bioconversion of tectorigenin at 24 h. ► Three bacterial strains had great potential to transform tectoridin to tectorigenin.
