Abstract
► The degradation kinetics of seven organophosphorus pesticides in skimmed milk was investigated. ► The kinetics of the pesticides was impacted by the inoculated Lactobacillus spp. ► L. bulgaricus and L. plantarum exhibited stronger impact than L. paracasei. ► Dimethoate and methyl parathion were most stable while malathion was most labile.
