Abstract
⺠The degradation kinetics of seven organophosphorus pesticides in skimmed milk was investigated. ⺠The kinetics of the pesticides was impacted by the inoculated Lactobacillus spp. ⺠L. bulgaricus and L. plantarum exhibited stronger impact than L. paracasei. ⺠Dimethoate and methyl parathion were most stable while malathion was most labile.
