Abstract
⺠Olive leaves, persistent tissue the whole year, are analysed by MIR spectroscopy. ⺠Five olive cultivars are discriminated by PCA of MIR spectra provided by leaf. ⺠PLS DA allows to correct classification (100%) of five olive cultivars by analysing leaf. ⺠MIR spectroscopy can be used for identifying olive cultivar by analysing leaves.
