Abstract
⺠Dihydrate trehalose was transformed via ethanol-mediated dehydration in DSC pan. ⺠Anhydrous trehalose is seen as nano-sized acicular crystals. ⺠Crystals' morphology and reaction kinetics depends on the water content of ethanol.
