Abstract
⺠Characterised antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity in blueberries. ⺠Peel had higher antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities than flesh. ⺠Cultivars with high antioxidant activities may be used as parents for breeding.
