Abstract
âºS. aqueum leaf extract inhibits α-glucosidase and α-amylase activity. ⺠The extract prevents polyol and advanced glycated end product formation. ⺠Myricetin- and europetin-3-O-rhamnoside were identified as the major bioactives.
