Abstract
⺠CMC adsorbed to CN-coated droplets at acidic pH via electrostatic interaction. ⺠Droplets coated by CN/CMC were stable to pH changes and repulsion flocculation. ⺠Droplets coated by CN/CMC remained stable at 150 mM NaCl concentration.
