Abstract
⺠Postharvest treatments of calcium and auxin in Chilean strawberry fruit. ⺠Calcium and auxin as modifiers of cell wall and gene expression. ⺠Calcium treated fruit exhibits high content of ionic pectins during cold storage. ⺠Auxin treatment induces high transcript level of XTH1 gene after cold storage. ⺠Combined treatment down regulates PG1, PL and EG1 gene expression after cold storage.
