Abstract
► A total 201 unifloral Serbian honeys (acacia, sunflower and linden) were analysed. ► Five common physicochemical parameters were determined. ► Chemometric methods were used to find parameters-botanical origin relationships. ► The most important factors are electrical conductivity, free acidity and pH. ► The first systematic study of the origin of Serbian unifloral honey was performed.
