Abstract
												⺠A total 201 unifloral Serbian honeys (acacia, sunflower and linden) were analysed. ⺠Five common physicochemical parameters were determined. ⺠Chemometric methods were used to find parameters-botanical origin relationships. ⺠The most important factors are electrical conductivity, free acidity and pH. ⺠The first systematic study of the origin of Serbian unifloral honey was performed.
