Abstract
⺠An immunoassay was standardised and validated for aflatoxin screening in poultry feed. ⺠Its performance was compared to high-performance liquid chromatography. ⺠The immunoassay showed good linearity, low detection limit and high recovery rates. ⺠The immunoassay showed reliability and a high correlation with HPLC. ⺠The results indicated its potential for aflatoxin screening in poultry feed samples.
